We might change the popular quote; “For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a pumpkin seed… and nothing will be impossible for you.”
Pumpkin seeds are part of the metabolic balance® family of foods. A seed mix that includes pumpkins seeds is a common breakfast on many meal plans. I wanted to explain a little about the nutritional benefits of pumpkin seeds and their importance in restoring balance. Just a note, on the newer metabolic balance® plans pumpkin seeds are referred to as oilseeds.

PUMPKIN SEED RECIPE
I have seed mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds as a breakfast on my plan. Here is current my favorite recipe for seed mix, Summer Italian Seed Mix. I made it up. Another thing I like to do is mix seed mix with avocado, green onion and celery. Best of all, I can try as many ways of fixing seed mix as I please!
