SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS RECIPE FOR LUNCH OR DINNER

GOAT CHEESE DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS
• 75 grams goat cheese (goat cream cheese also called chevrè)
• 6 green olives, chopped
• 1 dill pickle, chopped
• Slice of onion, shallots or chopped green onion
• Grated vegetables (I use carrots) to the allowed vegetable amount (for me it is 125 grams)
• 1 TBSP oil
MIX
Stir all ingredients and spread on crackers.
HEAT
Please crackers on a pan and heat in a toaster oven for 3 minutes.
Serve.
