At our first meeting, I will need one form from you, the Client Questionnaire form. You can mail these to me in advance, or simply bring them to our first consultation. Additionally, you may want to bring the results of any medical tests, your current medications, and your supplements.

After the consultation it may take several weeks to determine the correct remedy for you. I will contact you about your remedy, where to find it, and your dosage, as well as any recommended adjunct therapies.
