There are 2 changes in my body that stand out since I have been doing my individualized Metabolic Balance Meal Plan:
1. I am not currently suffering from long-term exercise induced large muscle leg cramps.
2. And since I’ve started getting back into my rigorous fitness program, including mountain biking on a regular basis, I have noticed that I have a regained a feeling of “deep inner strength” that I had lost a few years ago.
