The Thyroid Tap: Self-Care for Your Thyroid

Many women believe they have thyroid problems. Many are experiencing several symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as fatigue, weight gain, insomnia, depression, difficulty concentrating, hair loss, constipation, bloating, fluid retention, or they are easily chilled. Tests often reveal no problems.

One thing anyone can do to support is the thyroid tap. With sunglasses off and eyes closed, look directly towards the sun, head up. Using the middle finger gently tap the neck over the thyroid. About 15 – 20 gentle taps twice a day. The thyroid is below the adams apple at the center of the neck extending to both sides.

Many women come to me asking what can they do to boost their thyroid function and change these symptoms. I have many natural tools to help turn around thyroid function without involving hormones replacement therapies such as homeopathic remedies, and gemmotherapy (an advanced from of herbology using embryonic plant stem cells). I take an individualized approach to help women achieve their wellness goals with good results. I turned around my own hypothyroidism in a short time using a customized gemmotherapy regime.
