Thought you and your metabolic balance group can totally enjoy this:
Foamy Milk Coffee from San Antonio
- Place your cold milk (whatever kind you can have in your coffee) in a small Mason jar,and seal it, (I put cinnamon, vanilla extract inside it too 😎)
- Shake it very good for 30-40 seconds (makes it foamy)
- Pour it in a microwave safe glass and heat it for about 25 seconds
- Pour it in your freshly brewed hot coffeee
- Enjoy your life
Yes, you can have coffee on metabolic balance and in some cases, can add milk. Contact me if you would like to know more.
