Have Your Cake & Whipped Cream Too

Whipped Cream first Celebrating family events and get-together with friends is very important for your well-being – so enjoy every minute of your time with family and friends! Often food is part of the celebration. If you want to enjoy the food, go a head. Do not feel left out.

No matter if it is around the holidays, at a business meeting, or a get-together with friends sometimes you need to break the rules of your metabolic balance® plan. And Metabolic balance® has created a way to enjoy a dessert in a way that does not upset the balance created you have worked so hard to create.

WHIPPED CREAM FIRST

When eating cake or ice cream, choose a small rather than a large slice or serving. Add dairy based whipped cream, the same amount as the cake or ice cream. Start eating the dessert by eating a few spoons of whipped cream first.

REMEMBER

• Drink additional water during the day.

• Avoid additional bread and fruits that day.

• It is advisable to not have more than one treat a week. Doing so can slow the results you are working for.
