Thank you for your past attendance to my medical needs but I have developed a relationship with Dr. Davis in the town of Winters. My homeopath, Myra Nissen, from the Bay Area, will start holding monthly visits at Health, Etc. and it seems like a logical thing for me to make the switch. Please don’t misunderstand. This is not dissatisfaction with your care but a desire to maintain my long-standing relationship with homeopathy.

You have been very responsive to my needs but I think this is the proper thing to for me to do.
