Since starting metabolic balance I am more conscientious of my meals. The awareness and need to prepare meals thoughtfully actually saves me time and money. I am a magazine editor and yoga instructor, time is my most precious commodity. I was once running against the clock and counting dollars while shopping, I now have more time with my family and I’m even reading for pleasure again, daily. Even though I am paying a little more for some foods, such as fish, I have cut my grocery budget spending in half. We don’t seem to need as much per meal. Andrea’s blog about her experience.
