WAPF Meeting: The Eye, Movement, Structure Connection

Event Type

Why do we  experience body pain?

When we shorten and tighten our muscles for movement, when we grip to stand up and when we do repetitive movements our muscles don’t get enough oxygen and blood through them. This is the main cause of muscle pain and often we actually wear out our joints.

Come hear how using our bodies in a better way: through conscious use of the muscles and the connection between the eyes and visual pathway can change the way we move giving us poise, balance and lessing pain. The title of the talk is “The Eye, Movement, Structure Connection.”
