Online Appointment Booking

 

 

 

Booking an appointment is easier than ever.  You can find the link on the Website, in the emails and in the newsletters.  Come see for yourself.  Go to Consultation and click the “Book an online consultation” Link.

 

 

 

Select the type of appointment you want.

Select an open date and time (Open dates are noted by the circles around the dates)

In this instance, 1:30pm on the 29th of the month has been selected.  A new window will pop up.  Fill out the form in it’s entirety and click “Book Event.”

Another window will open with the details confirming your appointment.  You will also receive an email should you decide to rechedule your appointment.
