Glamorous Marinated Goat Cheese
Many people on metabolic balance have goat cheese or chèvre on there metabolic balance® meal plan. It is a soft white cheese made from goats milk that resembles cream cheese and usually comes packaged as a log.
I ran across this simple but elegant recipe that can be adapted to anyone’s menu and customized to suit any pallet. Buffalo mozzarella may be substituted.
Use a gorgeous glass jar to set any table or even for gift-giving.
