I have stated many times that what brought me to homeopathy were allergies that I had acquired as a child. I spent many years as an allergy sufferer. I had to stay indoors during recess. I spent many nights sleeping in a steam tent.  I had many sinus infections, one right after another. For me it was a way of life.

By the time I got to college I was used to taking three or four prescriptions several times a day. My energy was low. I suffered frequent headaches. This was not how I wanted to live my life. I had always dreamed of being an archaeologist, living and working outside, free from the burden of allergies and drugs.

During my first summer in college I attended a class called, “Survey of Alternative Medicine.” I had opportunity to hear presentation from many types of practitioners. I decided to give a few a try. As it turned out, homeopathy is the one that gave me permenant relief.  I went on to enjoy working as an archaeologist for 15 years. You may be familiar with some of the sites where I participated in archaeological excavations:

• Black Point Battery, San Francisco, CA, the only Civil War Period fortification on the Pacific Coast.
• Old Sacramento, Sacramento, CA, the site of the original founding city of Sacramento during the Gold Rush period.
• An historic site where Louis & Clarke settled for a time located near the Columbia River just east of the Bonneville Dam in the City of North Bonneville, WA.

I did not succeed in ending my allergies by self-care. I had the assistance of a professional homeopathic practitioner.

In my practice I have been able to help many people either reduce or loose their allergy symptoms. In many instances clients are no longer dependent on inhalers in just a few short weeks.

Many other allergy sufferers have also found relief thanks to homeopathy.  I would like to refer you to a recent survey of 147 cases of individuals who suffered from respiratory allergies experienced 87.6% improvement after a course of unique homeopathic remedies that were selected by professional homeopathic practitioners. Out of 42 patients suffering from pulmonary allergies, only 2 experienced aggravations and 3 were unchanged.¹
